Over the years I’ve tried all sorts of software that allow you to remotely control someone elses computer.  Usually it is a big hassle.  Today it is even worse with firewalls, closed ports, and port forwarding.  Not any more!  Fog Creek has developed a web interface called Copilot that is fast, secure, and very easy to use.  You can try it out free for two minutes at www.copilot.com.  At first I thought the price of $9.95 for 24 hours was a bit steep, but I got over that pretty fast.  I didn’t even get a headache trying to use it.
