Do a search for NAD and EDUCATION at www.youtube.com and the NAD promotional videos should be found. They are already available from the NADECUACATION.ORG site, but we thought why not make them available on this more public forum. As a very very much a layperson who uses computers, I, as a member of the TDEC committee, find this committee of IT professionals works very long hours to study and explore agenda which keeps our Technology program up-to-date. The information that is shared helps me come to a given level of knowledge about this tool that now controls our life. more »

COPPA is very different from COPA. COPA was an attempt to force
pornography sites from displaying any offensive images on their home pages, and it was struck down as unconstitutional. COPPA on the other hand is designed to protect the identity and other private information of students online. While there is an exception for non-profits, they must have an exception under the FTC Act.
